Manual Osteopathic treatments are now available to book online. These treatments are practice sessions to help with my learning, while I attend the osteopathic program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. They are free of charge and cannot be submitted for insurance coverage.

Massage Therapy

Offering massage therapy treatments using a combination of techniques such as Myofascial Release, Active Release, Trigger Point Release, Swedish, Osteopathic techniques, passive stretch, joint mobilizations and Neuromuscular techniques to target a variety of musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Treatments include assessment and customized home-care to promote long lasting results.

Offering massage therapy treatments using a combination of techniques such as Myofascial Release, Active Release, Trigger Point Release, Swedish, Osteopathic techniques, passive stretch, joint mobilizations, Neuromuscular techniques, Rockblades, Rockfloss and taping to target a variety of musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Currently enrolled in a 4 years Manual Osteopathy program. Osteopathy was discovered by Andrew Taylor Still in the 1870’s and is a manual therapy that works on all musculoskeletal tissues and joints. It focuses on the interrelationship between all structures and work to find and remove the cause of obstruction on tissues, nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. The goal of treatment is to allow the body to return to proper positioning, function and optimal health.
